In 1971 the Fund Agner Kristian Flensborg was created. The most important task of this Fund was – and still is – to ensure and preserve the majority of the shares in A. Flensborg, Herning Maskinfabrik A/S. With the creation of the Fund the employees had the opportunity to ensure the survival and Growth of the company.
It was Flensborg vision to create a Company that existed for its employees and a company that could evolve and grow. Flensborg was a pioneer who believed in cooperation and Development. This is also the mission of the company A. Flensborg.
We wish to further this mission by using good old fashion values such as honesty, industrioness and provess.
